The seventh bouzouki seminar will have four parts:
- Paths and harmonization
- Duets, trios, quartets with the bouzouki
- Ensemble along with students of other instruments
Manolis Pappos was born in Piraeus in 1963 and has been involved with traditional and folk music since 1978. He plays the bouzouki, the oud and the guitar. He has been a professional musician since 1982 doing gigs at music clubs and live shows. He has appeared on the recordings of many well-known composers and singers, as he is considered one of the best bouzouki soloists. He has worked with the likes of Nikos Papazoglou, Dimitra Galani, Eleftheria Arvanitaki, Giorgos Dalaras, Eleni Vitali, Sokratis Malamas and Orfeas Peridis. He worked with Mikis Theodorakis on the opera Lysistrati and with Dimitris Papadimitriou on his album Tragoudia gia tous mines.
